Discovery of CH3CHCO in TMC-1 with the QUIJOTE Line Survey
Astron. Astrophys. 671, (2023), Art. No. L6.
Ten rotational transitions with 3 ≤ J ≤ 5 and Ka were identified with resolved methyl internal rotation splitting. A sufficiently large fraction of the lines is not or only marginally blended and above the 3σ noise level. The ketene to methylketene ratio is ~93; the ratio of methylketene to it isomer trans-propenal is about 2/3.
